The relationship isn't over when Ed hands you the remote control. He is always only a phone call away. Anything you purchase from Ed comes with a full factory warranty. He will keep you apprised of upgrades and, with your permission, any new technologies.

Proper maintenance of your equipment
One of the major causes of electronic failure is heat. Proper venting for components, especially amplifiers and satellite/cable boxes will allow you to enjoy your equipment for a long time. The other reason your components will get hot is a build up of dust. Dust acts like a thermal blanket on the internal components of your electronics.
Ed will send you a reminder about scheduling a preventative maintenance visit during which he will break down the system, open each component, remove all of the dust and clean the contacts.
